Cancellation before Shipment

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued for the value of the product.Â
Cancellation after Shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have already been shipped but not been delivered, the customer has to inform the support team within 48 hrs. of ordering it. In this case, there would be a gift card issued of the face value of the product price after deducting the courier/shipment charges (Flat ₹50).
Replacements
