Cancellation before Shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you need to inform our support team at +91-8787420846 or email us at support@shop-ramp.com (Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM).
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued for the value of the product.
Cancellation after Shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have already been shipped but not been delivered, the customer has to inform the support team within 48 hrs. of ordering it. In this case, there would be a gift card issued of the face value of the product price after deducting the courier/shipment charges (Flat ₹50).
Replacements
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit or if the product received is in damaged/defective condition bearing manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you can request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. Note: Products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Physical damage or defect not notified within 48 hours of receiving the product
- An electrical surge/fluctuation or any damage caused at the users' end.
